This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is entered into between the end user ("Licensee") and Valerio Lollini ("the Licensor"). Installing or using the PortGuard software ("Software") constitutes acceptance of this EULA.
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Software according to the license type purchased (Standard, Professional or Enterprise) and for the number of endpoints and validity period stated in the license key.
The license lasts for the period stated in the key. Upon expiry, the Software enters a 30-day grace period during which it continues to operate. At the end of the grace period, if not renewed, the Software's functionality is blocked.
The Software, its code and trademarks (including PortGuard™) remain the exclusive property of the Licensor. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights.
The Licensor may release updates and patches. Updates are subject to this EULA unless otherwise stated.
The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the Licensor is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software. Total liability is limited to the amount of the purchased license.
The processing of data relating to license activation and verification is described in the Privacy Policy.
This EULA terminates automatically upon any breach of its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Software.
This EULA is governed by Maltese law. Place of jurisdiction: Malta.
